Refund and Returns
At Dreamer Drops, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your products. If you need to return or exchange your product, please do so under the following guidelines:
- Products must be purchased directly from DreamerDrops.com. We cannot process returns or exchanges for products bought from one of our retail partners. In such cases, you must contact that store directly.
- Before a return can be processed, you must contact us at email@example.com with your (?) to receive a return number. If a product is returned without a return number, a credit cannot be issued.
- Products must be returned in an unused and unopened condition within 14 days of delivery date.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return was a result of our error.
- Products that are specified as non-refundable at time of purchase cannot be returned.
- Include your full name, phone number, and return number inside the box.
Once we receive your package, the return will be processed and your original form of payment will be credited within five to seven business days.
Dreamer Drops monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Dreamer Drops discretion.
