Dreamer Drops ships all orders via USPS, FedEx and/or UPS. We can ship to any street address in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. If you have a PO Box, delivery may take a few days longer. Orders must be placed before 12PM Pacific Time (3PM ET) Monday through Friday to be processed the same day. Transit times exclude Saturdays and Sundays and Federal holidays. Payment, receipt, and tracking information will be provided via email after orders are completed.
1. What shipping methods does Dreamer Drops offer?
Dreamer Drops offers free 3-12 day shipping for orders over $65 and 3-12 day shipping for a flat rate of $5.95 for all orders under $65. We also offer 2-day and overnight expedited shipping options, which are presented during the checkout process.
2. Can I change my shipping address?
If there is a change in shipping address, please contact our customer service at email@example.com to confirm the status of your order. If your order is still being processed, we may be able to update your shipping information. If it has already been shipped, you may need to re-route via the mail carrier.
3. What if I don’t receive my DreamerDrops.com order?
Please check around your property and surrounding areas to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can reach out to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to follow up on your order. We will track the shipment or reship your order to ensure you receive the products you’ve paid for.
